Ashley Greene is starring in the new film, Skateland. It’s a coming of age story that also stars Shiloh Fernandez.
I’d never seen Ashley in anything other than the Twilight films so I was curious to see her in this while I was at SXSW. She plays a totally different character and she was great!
Ashley was incredibly sweet, I loved talking to her and if you’re a young actor you’ll love her answers.

Video above is an interview with Alex Meraz, during which he describes how a fan fainted at his feet.
Twilight Saga character Paul, a "bad boy" werewolf, will be angrier in the third film Eclipse, which will see a lot more fight scenes, actor Alex Meraz said in a recent interview.
"It's going to be a lot more wolf action, a lot more fights, we introduce a new threat so it's going to be really cool," he said about the movie, which also stars Robert Pattinson as Edward the vampire, an adversary of the wolves, and Kristen Stewart as Bella, his teenage human love interest.
"My character is Paul and he's the bad boy of the wolf pack and he's even angrier in this movie, in 'Eclipse', so it's going to be fun," Meraz, 24, said in a promotional video for the Op clothing brand, available at discount department store chain Walmart.
Eclipse is set to be released on June 30. Meraz's character was first introduced in the second Twilight film, New Moon, which was released in 2009.

Taylor Lautner shirtless in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse helps to advance the film’s plot in a number of ways: a) you can see why Kristen Stewart’s Bella may wonder if a werewolf might be more enticing than a vampire b) it shows that Lautner’s Jacob represents earthiness and sexual desire while Robert Pattinson’s thin, white-faced Edward represent etherealness and spiritual love c) it shows that Jacob may be young but he’s a man. In other words, you can lust after him without feeling guilty.
Lautner was the recent favorite movie actor winner at the Kids’ Choice Awards held in Los Angeles last weekend. He also shared with Kristen Stewart the best on-screen couple award.
Directed by David Slade, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse opens on June 30.
*i don't own any of these pictures, owned by SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT*
i have issues regarding:
Bella's eyebrows, its too thick?!?! and unnatural!
Jasper's hair.. how can it grow like that??
but other than that i love it!!! i love the one with the cullens all in jeans.. hehe
gather.com collated these 10 quotation that must be included to the movie Twilight Saga: Eclipse which will be available on the big screens by June 30, 2010.
1. I believe that. But I want you to know something — when it comes to all this enemies nonsense, I’m out. I am a neutral country. I am Switzerland. I refuse to be affected by territorial disputes between mythical creatures. Jacob is family. You are… well, not exactly the love of my life, because I expect to love you for much longer than that. The love of my existence. I don’t care who’s a werewolf and who’s a vampire. If Angela turns out to be a witch, she can join the party, too. Bella Swan, page 143.
2.It’s not like love at first sight, really. It’s more like… gravity moves. When you see her, suddenly it’s not the earth holding you here anymore. She does. And nothing matters more than her. And you would do anything for her, be anything for her… You become whatever she needs you to be, whether that’s a protector, or a lover, or a friend, or a brother. Jacob Black, page 176.
3.But I’ll never see anyone else, Bella. I only see you. Even when I close my eyes and try to see something else. Ask Quil or Embry. It drives them all crazy. Jacob Black, page 177.
4. I go a little berserk when I try to leave you. I don’t think I’ll go so far again. It’s not worth it. Edward Cullen, page 189.
5. You are the only one who has ever touched my heart. It will always be yours. Edward Cullen, page 195.
6. He sang me to sleep again and — aware even in unconsciousness that he was there — I slept free of nightmares. Bella Swan, page 208.
7.The way he stared at her! It was like a blind man seeing the sun for the first time. Like a collector finding an undiscovered Da Vinci, like a mother looking into the face of her newborn child. Bella Swan, page 242.
8.Besides… the more time I spend with you, the more human emotions seem comprehensible to me. I’m discovering that I can sympathize with Heathcliff in ways I didn’t think possible before. Edward Cullen, page 265.
9. You’ll always be my Bella, you’ll just be a little more durable. Edward Cullen, page 274.
10. I’m not that girl, Edward. The one who gets married right out of high school like some small-town hick who got knocked up by her boyfriend! Bella Swan, page 275.

eclipse is my 2nd favourite book and if its only possible, hope they could include all things there! haha! i would really really love it if the whole tent conversation between edward and jacob would be shown plus the scene where bella did a "catherine-move" from Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights, lol! anyone who read the book knows what i am talking about.. that was a cool scenario! i am not sure how i will compare kristen's act vs. the one i saw from the vintage movie of wuthering heights that i saw months ago.. =p

SM will release a side story novel to add to the twilight saga collection. here's the blogpost of here directly from her official website:

March 30, 2010
Surprise!
I have a new book coming out. It's called The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner. Well, it's more of a novella than an actual book—my version of a short story.
Actually, this has been a surprise to me, too. The reason why it's a surprise was that I never intended to publish this story as a stand-alone book. I began this story a long time ago—before Twilight was even released. Back then I was just editing Eclipse, and in the thick of my vampire world. I was thinking a lot about the newborns, imagining their side of the story, and one thing led to another. I started writing from Bree's perspective about those final days, and what it was like to be a newborn.
This story was something that I worked on off and on for a while, just for fun, in between the times I was writing or editing other Twilight novels. Later, when the concept for The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide came up, I thought that might be a good place for Bree. Her story is a nice complement to Eclipse; it explains a lot of the things that Bella never knew. So I dusted it off and finished it up for placement in the Guide.
At the same time, it came in handy for the Eclipse film. Melissa (Rosenberg, the screenwriter) had a ton of questions about what exactly was going on in Seattle, how Victoria managed things, what Riley was like, etc. I let her read what I had then, and later gave the whole thing to the director, David Slade. David asked if Xavier, Bryce, and Jodelle (Riley, Victoria, and Bree) could read it as well, so all the parties involved would end up having a really strong foundation for their characters before the cameras started rolling. I was pleased that this side of the story would make it into the film and was looking forward to including it in the Guide.Keeping it Confidential
(Keeping it confidential: Here is Jodelle next to the bucket of waterlogged ashes that were once the pages of her copy of the Bree manuscript.)
Then I got the news: my "short story" was nearly 200 pages long when typeset. It was too long to fit into the Guide—without ending up with a tome as heavy as the Oxford English Dictionary. My publisher approached me with the idea of releasing the Bree story on its own. One of the major benefits of this plan was that it would be out before the movie, so people would get to know Bree before they saw her in the film. That made sense to me, and we decided to go ahead with it.
There was one thing I asked for: since this story had always been an extra for me, and was meant to be released with the Guide, I wanted to be able to offer it to my fans for free. You all have bought a ton of my books, and I wanted to give you this story as a gift. My publisher was awesome and embraced this idea. We still wanted to also produce a physical book with a cool cover (see below) that you can add to your set if you like, but starting at noon on June 7th until July 5th, it will also be available online at www.breetanner.com.The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner
One other aspect of this release is the plan to give a more important gift to people who really need it. One dollar of each book purchased in the US from the first printing will be donated to the American Red Cross for their relief efforts in Haiti and Chile and other parts of the world where people are in great need. We're going to have an option online as well, so you can choose to make a donation if you want when you read the story online. I hope you will. I think that we can really help a lot of people with this.
I really hope you all enjoy this story. I had a blast writing it. I'm glad that after all this time cooling her heels in my files, Bree finally gets her chance to shine.
Thanks for all the support,
